Information about past events are today ripe with criticism and overwhelmed with the need to expose failure and attempts to hide ugly truth. The Bible itself spends a great deal of time presenting the failures and weaknesses of its main characters like David, Peter, etc. But it’s main focus tells how faulty people can accomplish great things. This book preserves the story of ordinary people who achieved significant success by simply working hard, and respecting each other. If you want a book whose focus is on weakness and failure, you have plenty to choose from. This is not it.
